For just $350, you'll enjoy 2 hours of exclusive access to Charlotte's first and only SmartPlay Lounge. Your reservation includes setup and cleanup time, staff support throughout the event, unlimited café bar access for guests, and full use of all SmartPlay experiences.
We'll help keep the celebration running smoothly with play support, hosting assistance, timekeeping, music coordination, and even a special birthday gift for the guest of honor.

Seating & Capacity:
Our standard party setup includes seating for approximately 18–22 adults plus 4 children's tables with seating for up to 8 children.
Need additional seating? Up to two 6-foot tables may be added:
Additional table: $25 each
Additional table with up to 6 chairs: $40 each
Please note that adding extra tables and chairs will reduce available play space within the facility.
Need more time? Additional party hours may be added for $125 per hour, subject to availability.

Private Event Rentals
Looking for a unique space for your next gathering? The KiddieCade is available for private event rentals starting at:
$150/hour on weekdays and $200/hour on weekends.
Our flexible SmartPlay Lounge has hosted everything from graduation parties, engagement celebrations, and anniversary events to team builders, meetings, networking events, family gatherings, sponsored marketing events, and private play sessions.
Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and décor, giving you the freedom to create an event that feels uniquely yours. With comfortable seating, access to our café bar, technology capabilities, and interactive play experiences, our space can be customized for both family-focused and adult-centered events.
